Mr. Teicher Patterson is currently the Head Band Director.
He is a 1989 graduate of Hoke County High School in Raeford, NC. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from
North Carolina Central University in 1993. He had been employed with Halifax County Schools since 1993. From 1993-1999
He served as the Band Director at Eastman Middle School.From 1993-1996 He served as the Band Director at William R. Davie
Middle School. He has been employed at Northwest Halifax High School since 1993, taking over as Head Band director in
2001. Under his leadership the band has received numerous awards and has gained a reputation as one of the best marching bands
in the State of North Carolina.
